How to create a torus

To create a torus

Step 1

To create a torus, first, click the Torus button.

Step 2

Or you could click Create > Standard Primitives > Torus.

Step 3

Next, in any viewport, drag to define a torus and as you drag, a torus emerges with its center at the pivot point.

Step 4

Later, you need to release to set the radius of the torus ring and move to define the radius of the cross-sectional circle, and then click to create the torus. For example, the two different size of toruses, as shown in the picture below.

Step 5

Next, you need to check the slide on checkbox and type in 180.

Step 6

Then the torus will appear on your screen as shown by the picture below.
