To use Twist

Step 1

To use twist, first, you need to create a sphere.

Then click the twist list.

Step 3

Or you could click Modifiers>Parametric Deformers>twist.

Step 4

After that, you need to type the 500 into the angle textbox.

Step 5

Finally, the sphere will appear to be like the image shows in the picture below.
