To create an animation, first you need to create a sphere and then click the Animate button and key in 100.

Later, select the sphere and drag to anywhere and after that, click the Animate button one more time to disable the animate.

Now, the playback of the movie will show that the sphere is moving following the path you move.

Loft objects are two-dimensional shapes extruded along a third axis. You can create loft objects by creating two or more spine objects. One of these splines will be the path and the rest of the splines are the cross sections of your object, which are called shapes. First create a helix and a circle as shown by the picture below.

Next, you need to choose geometry and select Loft object.

Next, click the Get Shape button to pick the circle.

Then you could see that the helix has been lofted.

After that, click the space warps, select Geometric/ Deformable and click the Bomb button.
