To use Bend

Step 1

To use Bend, first, you need to create a cone.

Step 2

Next, you need to click the Bend option from the list.

Step 3

Or you could click Modifiers>Parametric Deformers>Bend.

Step 4

Then, you need to key in 180 into the Angle textbox.

Step 5

Finally, the cone will appear as the picture below.
