To use Taper

Step 1

To use Taper, first, you need to create a cone.

Step 2

Then, click the Taper from list.

Step 3

Or you could click Modifiers>Parametric Deformers>twist.

Step 4

Then, you need to type 3 into the Amount and Curve textbox.

Step 5

Finally, the cone will appear as the picture below.
